Job Overview: The Columbus Crew is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Activation to oversee the management of all corporate partnerships and achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing strategies to help partners achieve their objectives and creating activation plans for the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of account executives responsible for corporate partnerships.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of all corporate partnerships, including contract details and opportunities for growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with corporate partners and position yourself as a leader within the company.
  • Assist with renewal and upsell negotiations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of partnership activation plans, taking a leadership role in cross-departmental collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales and activation experience, preferably in sports.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of staff management experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CRM tools.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
