Position Details

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive professional to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's Finance & Accounting functions.
  • Assess and provide insights on the effects of long-term planning, new program introductions, and regulatory changes.
  • Advise executive management on the financial ramifications of business decisions.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Ensure robust internal controls are established and compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory laws is maintained.
  • Develop and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals capable of supporting the organization's growth.
  • Manage the company's transaction processing systems and implement best operational practices.
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, focusing on optimizing a cost-effective benefits structure.
  • Supervise the acquisition of capital assets, ensuring proper recording, amortization, and disposal as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance position, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and asset depreciation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment in decision-making.
