Position Details

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and proactive professional to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer.   • Advise executive management on the financial ramifications of business decisions.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Ensure robust internal controls are established and compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory laws is maintained.
  • Develop and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals capable of supporting the organization's growth.
  • Manage the company's transaction processing systems and implement best operational practices.
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, focusing on optimizing a cost-effective benefits structure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance position, ideally within the finance sector.
