Regional Sales Representative

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting with potential customers face-to-face, and driving sales within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs, demonstrate products, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
- Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
- Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
