Total Rewards Manager Job Description

Payoneer is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to oversee the administration, implementation, and ongoing management of employee compensation and benefits programs across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies.
  • Ensure programs are current regarding trends, practices, and costs.
  • Coordinate vendor management, wellness, and health education initiatives. Negotiate coverage services and costs with carriers.
  • Prepare job descriptions, conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, establish salary structures, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
  • Responsible for incentive, stock option, and bonus plan design and administration. Maintain a working knowledge of global, federal, and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits.
  • May have a role in the selection, administration, and maintenance of related systems and tools.
  • Manage the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned employee compensation and benefits plans, programs, systems, reports, and policies and procedures for internal use.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Consult with other department management in developing local and regional compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience managing and administering U.S. employee benefits programs.
  • Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts, and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models, and procedures.
  • Understands and works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • Experience implementing total rewards programs in the Americas 'from scratch.'
  • Experience managing through mergers and acquisitions.
  • Spanish and/or Hebrew fluency is a plus.

This position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. The annual base salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $145,000.
