Global Total Rewards Strategist

At Pax8, we're seeking a seasoned Global Total Rewards Strategist to shape and execute our global remuneration and benefits strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent across 20 countries and 19 time zones. Your expertise will help us drive our mission to be the world's favorite place to buy cloud products.

Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and communicate our global total rewards philosophy, ensuring we stay competitive and aligned with market trends.
Lead a diverse team of compensation and benefits specialists to implement and operationalize the global rewards framework across the organization.
Oversee the selection and management of external consultants to support our total rewards strategy.
Prepare critical reports for board and committee meetings, ensuring clear communication of our compensation strategy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, driving initiatives to correct inequitable pay practices.

What You Bring to the Table:
Extensive experience in developing and implementing global remuneration frameworks, especially within a technology-driven company.
A strong track record of leading compensation and benefits teams in a global matrix organization.
Deep expertise in private company equity compensation schemes and a solid understanding of market trends.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and across cultures.

Success Metrics:
In 6 to 12 months, you'll know you're successful in this role if:
You have successfully rolled out a global remuneration framework that is well-received across all regions.
Your team consistently meets or exceeds service level objectives for compensation and benefits inquiries.
You've driven initiatives that improve pay equity and compliance across all jurisdictions.
