Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Onboard High-Value Programs: Conduct onboarding sessions, manage timelines, eliminate obstacles, and follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation of new sales initiatives.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their success through regular meetings, addressing client requests, and monitoring account health.
- Expand Relationships: Strategically enhance relationships with existing clients by retaining spending, securing long-term agreements, and identifying new program opportunities.
- Incorporate Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform our long-term growth strategy. When clients present requests, you will identify their objectives, analyze the situation, and collaborate with our product team to provide insights.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Preferred experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment.
- A degree from a reputable educational institution.
