What We Are Looking For:
As we expand our operations, Wonders Child Care Center is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will adopt a strategic approach to collaborate with our child care clients, helping them enhance and optimize their services using our technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Implementing a client-focused relationship management strategy to drive product utilization, client satisfaction, and overall health.
- Taking ownership of client accounts, overseeing their onboarding process, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and the Wonders team.
- Collaborating with clients to align their operational goals and challenges with our offerings for potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our products and services.
- Documenting critical issues and ensuring they are escalated promptly for resolution.
- Acting as the client advocate, providing feedback and recommendations to internal teams for product and service enhancements.
- Sharing best practices with colleagues to improve the quality and efficiency of our client support.
About You:
You possess:
- Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong project management skills to effectively handle a diverse client portfolio.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles within a high-growth B2B environment.
- Technical proficiency with information systems, capable of translating complex processes into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a consumer-focused industry with a passion for client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM and CSM tools.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
