Insurance Business Development Professional

As an Account Manager with our agency, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities
You will be working closely with our agent and other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Our agency offers a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and knowledge in insurance and financial products. You will also have access to ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team members.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
