Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Licensed Sales Professional in Training to join our Allstate Frye Insurance Group team. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and referrals
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing clients

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Property and casualty (P&C) insurance license required or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong sales background and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
