Job Opportunity at Anchor Engineering Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Technician I. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in construction and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site observations to ensure compliance with structural construction documents.
  • Take thorough and accurate notes and photographs to document construction status.
  • Develop knowledge of standard construction materials and practices.
  • Learn to read and interpret construction documents, including architectural and structural plans.
  • Apply prescribed techniques and procedures to perform assigned tasks.
  • Responsible for attending training opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • This role operates outside, in a field environment, and requires the ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to walk around construction sites with uneven and varying terrain.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required.
