Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various project sites to observe and assess constructed structural elements, ensuring alignment with engineering documentation.
- Document construction progress through detailed notes and photographs.
- Learn to identify and evaluate structural components in accordance with engineering standards.
- Conduct site assessments with minimal supervision, prepare observation reports, and submit findings to the Project Manager.

- Ability to navigate construction sites with uneven terrain.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
