Business Development Specialist

Medix is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant management and financial operations, with experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to grant management.
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for providing financial guidance to faculty and staff, managing a team of Portfolio Analysts, and developing resource allocation metrics and cross-coverage plans. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to grant management
- Provide financial guidance to faculty and staff
- Manage a team of Portfolio Analysts
- Develop resource allocation metrics and cross-coverage plans
- Monitor ongoing performance and use of resources
Requirements:
