VP of Marketing and Business Development Leader

The Symicor Group is seeking a highly skilled VP of Marketing and Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise brand equity, marketing, and communication strategies that align with our mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Direct the organization's social media strategy, ensuring active and engaging presence across relevant platforms.
- Prepare budget and execute annual marketing and business development plan in coordination with our Strategic Plan and organizational growth goals.
- Manage bank website and messaging across all other member-facing platforms to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Utilize available data to drive business decisions and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns against key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 3 years working with digital or mobile platforms.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Outstanding and proven communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork, project management, and follow-up.
