Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, architects, and internal teams to outline project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Formulate and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and financial budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, building regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
  • Evaluate and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to clients and company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
