About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at ONCORE Construction Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control
  • Mentoring and supervising site support staff
  • Interacting with project stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients
  • Facilitating meetings and ensuring effective communication

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including ground-up base buildings, repositioning renovations, and interior fit-outs. Our contracts include Design-Build, GMAX, negotiated, and shortlist competitive bidding for projects such as Mixed-Use, Institutional, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Health Care, and Multi-Residential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, structural or civil engineering, or a High School diploma with equivalent technical training and experience combinations
  • 15+ years of commercial construction experience as a lead superintendent in all stages, from initial construction through delivery
  • A minimum of 2-3 projects with a commercial GC building of at least $30 million in contract size
  • Current OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
