Job Title: Permanent Glass Branch Manager

A dynamic and experienced professional is sought to lead our growing glass division in the construction industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to oversee all aspects of our glass projects, from initial planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, commercial glass estimating, and office leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of glass projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Prepare estimates for commercial glass projects, considering materials, labor, and other costs.
  • Lead and manage the office team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies as necessary to keep the branch competitive.
  • Manage the branch budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on glass projects.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Expert knowledge of commercial glass estimating, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing an office team.
  • The ability to develop and implement growth strategies, with a proven track record of driving sales and growing a business.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A deep understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience managing a budget.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
