About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at ONCORE Construction Consulting Group. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including budget, schedule, and quality.

Requirements

To be successful as a Construction Superintendent, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in construction, including 5 years as a Construction Superintendent.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues.
