About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at InterWorks. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries, maintaining and developing strong trusted relationships with clients, and identifying growth opportunities, issues, renewals, and quotes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Regularly communicate with clients to identify growth opportunities, issues, renewals, and quotes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion
  • Be the primary point of contact for all clients in your portfolio
  • Recommend products and services to clients based on their needs and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with selected partners
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Update and maintain the CRM database to ensure quality of data and all communication is recorded in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Background in customer success or a related field
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Business acumen, technical acumen, and consultative skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline while delivering accurate forecasting to sales leadership
