Role Overview
We are in search of a Customer Success Manager to join our Small Business team. If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering measurable results, this opportunity may be for you. Our Customer Success team is dedicated to providing exceptional services and support to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and retention for clients requiring personalized service.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various customer teams.
- Engage clients in strategic discussions to maximize the value of their investment in our solutions.
- Define success metrics for your clients and create detailed plans to achieve those goals, sharing accountability for their outcomes.
- Monitor customer health and develop risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams and leadership to ensure successful adoption and renewals.
- Address customer inquiries by connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Be accountable for customer retention and provide insights for upcoming renewals.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the use of additional products by customers.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of our processes.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships in a retention-focused role.
- A strong track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present strategies effectively.
- A solid understanding of business operations, including sales and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience with SaaS and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
