About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Customer Success team at InterWorks. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries, maintaining and developing strong trusted relationships with clients, and working with internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with clients to identify issues, renewals, and quotes, and work with internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Business Development: Recommend products and services to clients based on their business needs, and build strong ongoing relationships with selected partners.
  • Project Management: Work on multiple projects at a time, updating and maintaining the CRM database to ensure quality of data and all communication is recorded in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Have a strong understanding of business principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Time Management: Possess effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Have creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Adaptability: Be open to ad-hoc duties and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
