Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers in K-12 education, building relationships with district leadership across Oklahoma, onboarding new districts, and driving data-driven conversations regarding literacy intervention.
Key Responsibilities- Build Trusted Relationships
Establish strong relationships with educators, leaders, and stakeholders, communicating effectively about adoption trends and sentiment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
Manage Accounts to Drive UsageOnboard partners to ensure successful Amira implementation, create measures of success, and monitor the health of schools across the district, providing insights to customers using data to drive Amira usage and implementation practices.
Product Expertise & FeedbackDevelop in-depth knowledge of Amira's product, providing technical advice, training, and feedback to R&D, distilling reasons for product success and failure, and conveying actionable information.
Use Product Data to Drive ValueCommunicate adoption trends and sentiment, passionately conveying the value proposition, and using Customer Success enablement tools to scale impact across high-volume interactions, tracking early-warning signs and mitigating creatively.
Risk MitigationProactively identify concerns or issues experienced by customers, tracking early-warning signs, and mitigating creatively and relentlessly, snapping into crisis management mode when necessary.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS
- Experience implementing software solutions in Education SaaS
- Proven track record of high renewals rate and achievement of expansion goals
- Great interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Preferred: Experience in education administration and/or a start-up organization
