Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in B2B sales is essential.
Oversee, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Regional Sales Representatives (Hybrid Inside Sales roles) within a designated sales territory.
This position serves as the initial level of inside sales management, responsible for the daily operations of the inside sales team.
Engage proactively with key accounts and supervise account strategies.
Authorize special pricing and manage pricing strategies within the territory.
Ensure accurate documentation of builder agreements and competitive pricing contracts.
Address escalated customer concerns and report to management as necessary.
Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of inside sales representatives.
Track metrics to make informed decisions regarding your inside sales strategy.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new inside sales representatives.
Establish individual and team objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience is necessary, including 2 years in a management role.
Ability to effectively manage team performance to maximize results.
Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time management.
Familiarity with customer service principles and processes, including needs assessment, quality standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Automatic Call Distributor, Sales Engagement, and Customer Relationship Management software is essential.

This position offers a base salary range of $105k to $130k, along with a commission-based incentive plan (65% base salary plus 35% commission upon achieving targets) and eligibility for additional performance incentives. Compensation is determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
