Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech company specializing in Debt Settlement, is looking for agile Inside Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
  • Engage with warm leads daily through an outbound auto-dialer, providing consultative and empathetic solutions.
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits of our debt resolution program, address objections, and close sales within 1-2 calls.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to streamline the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals and performance metrics, contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer inside sales.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced call center environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A passion for client engagement, paired with an unwavering drive to succeed.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to integrity and high moral standards.
