Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Patient Services to join our team at HRM INFO LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting professional relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Conduct regular patient rounding with nurses to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze patient satisfaction data, financial results, and implement additional measurements and action plans to achieve optimal unit performance.
  • Team Management: Build a positive environment, develop and motivate the team, and ensure that employees demonstrate an active customer hospitality orientation toward both clients and customers.
  • Operational Management: Participate in and direct the patient transport, PEMS, and SRC operations, ensuring proper transport procedures and staff training.
  • Compliance and Quality: Refine systems to ensure sustained effort in achieving standards and follow through on visibility within the facility.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management Experience: 5 years of basic management experience.
  • Functional Experience: 5 years of basic functional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent Experience: Recent experience handling patient transport, PEMS, and SRC programs in a hospital setting.
  • Client/Employee Relationship-Building Skills: Strong client/employee relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle direct reports in multiple locations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly grasp situations in a rapidly changing environment and logically progress through solutions.
  • Previous Experience: Previous Service Response Center (SRC) management, Patient Transport, and/or EVS experience in a healthcare environment.
