Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at HRM INFO LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting professional relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular patient rounding with nurses to ensure seamless service delivery, identify areas for process improvement, and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Build and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure employees demonstrate an active customer hospitality orientation towards both clients and customers.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze patient satisfaction data, financial results, and implement additional measurements and action plans to achieve optimal unit performance.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete required departmental reporting, including financial reports and analysis, and ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Oversight: Participate in and direct patient transport, PEMS, and SRC operations, ensuring proper transport procedures and staff training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Refine systems to ensure sustained effort in achieving standards and follow-through on visibility within the facility.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management Experience: 5 years of basic management experience.
  • Functional Experience: 5 years of basic functional experience.
