Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Total Tool Supply, Inc.

About the Role

This is a front-line sales role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, primarily in the electrical, mechanical, and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, including processing quotes and orders.
  • Work closely with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and current products, services, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience with a desire to grow into a sales role.
  • Hardworking, humble, and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
