Job Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader (i.e., Assistant Store Manager), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that enhances customer experiences while cultivating a vibrant, team-oriented retail atmosphere. Your primary focus will be on driving sales across our retail and technical services sectors, as well as our business-to-business network. Demonstrate Strong Leadership in Community Engagement, Customer Service, Sales, and Team Development.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a sales team in a retail or service setting
  • Proven experience in a customer-centric, solutions-oriented environment
  • Ability to engage with customers and comprehend their needs effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
