Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a Retail Operations Leader in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, managing teams of at least five individuals.
  • A solid understanding of effective retail processes and loss prevention strategies.
  • Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating unforgettable shopping experiences for all customers.
  • Training and developing team members, managing staff schedules, and demonstrating sales leadership on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures, overseeing store maintenance, inventory management, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for business growth, customer engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with other brands under Retail for the People for various projects as needed.

Success Metrics:

  • Achievement of store sales goals, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average unit retail.
  • Fostering a strong and cohesive team environment.
  • Efficient completion of tasks.
