Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth within existing healthcare system accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and addressing potential gaps.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in providing services to healthcare providers.
  • At least three (3) years of sales experience.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of reference laboratory operations, esoteric testing, and related processes.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, payors, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of excellence in client service delivery.

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is required.

License and Travel:
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated regional market.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 to $165,000, which includes a base salary and sales incentives. There is potential for higher earnings, as sales incentives are uncapped. Compensation offers consider various factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
