Job Title: Office Clerk

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly flexible and professional Office Clerk to join our team at JobRialto. As a backup for other employees, you will be responsible for providing reception services, production copy/print services, mail shipping/receiving, and delivering packages to desks/mailboxes across multiple locations within the city.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
* Assist with reception services, including answering phones and responding to emails
* Operate large machines for production copy/print services
* Ship and receive mail and packages via FedEx
* Deliver packages to desks/mailboxes
* Assist with printer services on different floors within the office

**Requirements:**

* Ability to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* High school diploma or equivalent required
