Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at FrameTec. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to a senior executive, ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative assistance to the executive, including drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and emails
* Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
* Make travel arrangements, book meetings, and coordinate events
* Maintain accurate records and files for the executive
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials
* Answer and respond to phone calls and email communications
