Senior Financial Analyst - Cox Automotive

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of a proactive team dedicated to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Retail Client Operations with month-end reporting, capacity forecasting, and expense analysis
  • Conduct workforce analysis to monitor trends and adhere to budgetary limits
  • Apply financial management principles, modeling techniques, variance analysis, and data interpretation
  • Gain insights into a diverse range of business operations to implement effective financial analysis

Core Duties:

  • Aggregate financial outcomes, execute variance analysis, assess risks, and pinpoint performance indicators
  • Create labor forecasts that align with organizational requirements
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver timely and precise ad hoc financial reports
  • Facilitate communication among teams to ensure a clear understanding of performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with financial systems
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
