As a Service Engineering Specialist, you will deliver on-site support, encompassing preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across a diverse range of product offerings.

While the preferred location is in the Nashville, TN vicinity, other significant cities within the designated territory may also be considered.

The compensation for this role ranges from $28.50 to $32.50 per hour, contingent upon your technical and service expertise in the analytical instrumentation sector. Additional compensation includes bonus potential. The organization provides comprehensive benefits, a monthly vehicle allowance/mileage reimbursement, profit-sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and calibration of instruments at client locations within the assigned area.

Oversee inventory management, trip planning, and administrative duties related to service operations.

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining intricate analytical instruments.

A strong ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in interpreting electronic schematics, utilizing test equipment, and employing repair tools.

An Associate's degree in engineering or chemistry (mandatory).

Willingness to travel frequently overnight (up to 75%).

A valid driver's license and passport are required.
