Job Title: Senior Federal Contracts Manager

Philips is seeking a highly skilled Senior Federal Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support to field sales personnel in account strategy development, quoting, and direct sales activities.

Your Role:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract managers while providing guidance and oversight to resources outside the Government group.
  • Utilize knowledge of contract terms and Federal Acquisition Regulations to develop response strategies for complex Government proposal requests.
  • Monitor, add, and delete products and/or features from awarded contracts as product line offerings and structure change.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Federal Government contracts, particularly Multiple Award Schedule IDIQs, Federal Supply Schedules, and GWACs for commercial products.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense FAR Supplement, Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreements Act.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and high productivity.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $118,000 to $201,000 in Cambridge, MA and $105,000 to $180,000 in Nashville, TN.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
