Job Description:

Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Summary of the Position:

The Senior Tax Manager will oversee the company's federal and multi-states tax provisions, tax compliance, and various tax projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations across US and international legal entities.
  • Prepare multi-states apportionment and calculate blended states tax rate.
  • Manage the preparation of partnership tax return and corporate consolidated income tax returns.
  • Prepare and review of quarterly estimated income tax payments.
  • Perform tax research and analysis on special projects as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diverse U.S. federal tax legislation and U.S. GAPP financial statement reporting requirements for taxes. (Strong in ASC 740).


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • CPA is a must.
  • Big 4 experience is required.
  • 6+ years of federal and state income compliance experience, ideally in a public account and corporate setting.
  • Experienced with SOX environments.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $144,000-$176,000.
