Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Real Estate Manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Property Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, including tracking building upkeep, performing site inspections, and managing insurance COI and other back office functions.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and commercial tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the selection and performance of vendor services, ensuring that they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports on property performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in a property management or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficiency in Yardi accounting software and ServiceNow ticketing system a plus.
