This position will initially be part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on experience. This is an in-office role.
- A creative individual is needed to design marketing materials tailored for the real estate industry.
$20 - $25 based on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, produce, and refine marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are both effective and timely.
- Monitor new prospects and integrate them into marketing strategies to foster company growth.
- Manage the website and analyze tracking data to ensure content is consistently updated.
- Update and engage with followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Ensure company messaging is clear and consistent with our brand identity.
- Proficient in Canva.
- Familiarity with GSMLS and NJMLS.
- Experience with CRM Boomtown is advantageous.
- A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this position.
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, energetic demeanor are essential.
- Ability to generate new concepts based on feedback.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management within an agency or real estate sales context.
- Open-mindedness to new ideas and suggestions is crucial.
- Prior marketing experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- In-office work is required as needed.
- Real estate background is preferred.
- Real Estate License is required.
- A creative individual is needed to design marketing materials tailored for the real estate industry.
