Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with architectural designs and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to meet program requirements effectively.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from minor renovations to significant infrastructure improvements.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including requirement evaluation, budgeting, scheduling, and project closure.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and value engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with Facilities Maintenance and Operations teams to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience. A Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience may also be considered. Candidates should have a background in construction management and prior supervisory experience.

Preferred Skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in managing the design and execution of architectural, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimating software.
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and building layouts.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, and local building codes.

All candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
