Job Summary

As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of all operations in the hotel departments. Your primary responsibility will be to support the successful execution of operations, manage staff, and strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team in achieving goals and objectives
  • Understand and communicate employee and guest satisfaction results to address need areas and expand on strengths
  • Lead by example, demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Assist employees in understanding guests' ever-changing needs and expectations
  • Follow property-specific second effort and recovery plan
  • Communicate and update goals and results with employees
  • Meet semiannually with staff on a one-to-one basis
  • Assist in performing required annual Quality audit with GM & RD
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
