Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to spa and salon staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and high retention rates.
  • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify trends and implement strategies for optimizing revenue and controlling expenses within budgetary guidelines.
  • Leverage exceptional customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with members, understand their needs, and effectively promote our comprehensive range of spa and salon services and products.
  • Actively participate in daily operations by working at the front desk, providing real-time coaching and guidance to team members, and implementing best practices for business development.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Salon, Spa, Hospitality or Retail Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Spa Manager Certification

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in administrative or operational roles and advanced computer skills.
