Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/HR Analyst to join our team in El Segundo, CA. As a key member of our Space and Intelligence Division, you will provide administrative and human resources support to our Space Force customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide calendar support to senior leaders, including the Division Chief and Deputy.
- Manage and oversee all human resource and personnel programs for the Division.
- Interface and coordinate with the Management Operations Division on HR and personnel processes.
- Manage HR taskers through the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) system.
- Organize logistical issues to support customer meetings and travel.
- Support customers with official travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Build weekly reports and briefings.
- Create documents and serve as the Records Custodian.
- Understand Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force organizations, processes, procedures, instructions, and guidance.
- Support customer meetings, including providing read-ahead materials, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking assigned action items.
- Completion of an associate's degree in a related field.
- 10 or more years of relevant experience providing administrative support to senior leaders.
- Expertise using MS Office applications and DoD, Air Force, and/or Space Force training tools and systems.
- US Citizenship and possess an active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Facility/Special Access Program clearance.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 20 or more years of relevant experience.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. California Pay Transparency Range: 110k - 135k
