About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Systems Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining our Finance Systems infrastructure and providing project management support for finance-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Service Model Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive service model plan for financial system management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Design and Govern Change Management Process: Design and govern the change management process for finance systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate Projects and Enhancements: Coordinate projects, enhancements, and incident management for finance systems, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and Implement Software Solutions: Identify and implement software solutions to meet financial reporting needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead Financial Systems Roadmap Development: Lead the development of financial systems roadmaps, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Partners: Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline data and process integrations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Lead Initiatives for New and Transformational Financial Systems: Lead initiatives for new and transformational financial systems and process enhancements, ensuring business agility and efficiency.
  • Enhance Automation and Reporting Capabilities: Enhance automation and reporting capabilities to drive efficiencies, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct Workshops and Interviews: Conduct workshops and interviews to identify user needs and process bottlenecks, ensuring user acceptance and satisfaction.
  • Manage Reporting Tools and Data Feeds: Manage reporting tools, data feeds, and system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide User Acceptance Testing and Issue Resolution: Provide user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and end-user training, ensuring user satisfaction and adoption.
  • Oversee Configuration of Reporting Applications: Oversee the configuration of reporting applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and needs.
  • Ensure Timely Completion of Project Milestones: Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables, ensuring business agility and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Collaborate with business leaders to redesign finance processes for greater agility and efficiency, ensuring business alignment and objectives.
  • Mentor and Manage Team Members: Mentor and manage a team of 2-4 employees, ensuring team development and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience implementing/enhancing/supporting one or more ERP/EPM technologies with custom software solution development. Minimum 2 full cycle implementations of end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP applications with focus on financials Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Assets, Project Accounting, Expenses and General Ledger.
  • Skills: Advanced technology skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Additional Requirements: 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams or processes.
