KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relations:
Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their financial and tax requirements with professionalism and skill.
Offer innovative tax planning and advisory services to enhance clients' financial strategies.

Financial and Tax Oversight:
Oversee and coordinate the monthly financial processes, ensuring precision and compliance.

Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, including, but not limited to, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1040s (including Schedule C).

Manage tax provision and compliance procedures, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Proactively identify and mitigate tax risks.

Team Development:
Guide and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work atmosphere.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA or EA designation preferred.
Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, with a solid foundation in accounting, tax, and compliance.
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
Exceptional client service abilities and the capacity to cultivate strong client relationships.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
