Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in clerical work, bookkeeping, data entry, or statistical analysis
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Verification of education, training, and/or experience is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute intake processes, including the verification of arrest documentation, fingerprinting, and the assignment of identification numbers
  • Produce verification documents utilizing the Automated Fingerprint Identification System
  • Conduct background checks and liaise with pertinent agencies
  • Evaluate the physical condition of inmates for any immediate medical requirements
  • Accurately input data into the Jail Management System
  • Prepare and issue release paperwork
  • Maintain accurate logs and compile statistical reports
  • Collaborate with the Judicial Commission for inmate acceptance
  • Communicate with post-conviction agencies
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
