Key Responsibilities:
Our Retail Sales Associates play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, with responsibilities including:
- Managing and accurately executing standard operating procedures for customer transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits, while ensuring the security of cash and other negotiable items.
- Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and address their inquiries and needs.
- Assisting in restocking merchandise, maintaining store layout, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including monitoring floor stock and fitting room areas.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of shifts, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise, and differentiate between various fabric patterns and colors.
