Position Summary:
The Sales and Front Desk Associate plays a vital role at Scenthound, concentrating on driving membership sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness.
  • Achieve key performance metrics such as average ticket price and rebooking ratios through memberships and retail sales.
  • Generate and follow up on membership leads.
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage customer profiles.
  • Oversee cash handling and maintain the cash drawer.
  • Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area in accordance with Scenthound's standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Center Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience with a focus on service and product promotion.
  • Strong customer service background in retail or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in technology and computer systems.
  • A genuine passion for dogs and their health.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
