Position Summary:
The Sales and Front Desk Associate plays a vital role at Scenthound, concentrating on driving membership sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness.
- Achieve key performance metrics such as average ticket price and rebooking ratios through memberships and retail sales.
- Generate and follow up on membership leads.
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage customer profiles.
- Oversee cash handling and maintain the cash drawer.
- Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area in accordance with Scenthound's standards.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Center Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a focus on service and product promotion.
- Strong customer service background in retail or hospitality.
- Proficiency in technology and computer systems.
- A genuine passion for dogs and their health.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
