GEOINT (Radar) Processing Systems Engineer

KBR is seeking a highly skilled GEOINT mission expert to support the development and acquisition of large-scale system acquisitions. This role requires expertise in geospatial intelligence, radar processing, and system engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to facilitate the development of GEOINT capabilities with development contractors and mission partners.
  • Perform engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle.
  • Interface directly with development Prime Contractors to oversee software development and integration activities and ensure alignment with Government requirements and objectives.
  • Manage projects and conduct assessments, including technical baseline, schedules, dependencies, risks, and cost impacts.
  • Advise architectural decisions, including investment strategies, acquisition portfolio priorities, risk assessment of project execution, and strategic planning for mission architecture needs and programmatic requirements.
  • Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or Business Management with appropriate technical experience
  • 6+ years' experience with IC, DoD, and/or commercial space architectures, systems, and/or operations
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements development, processing methodology of RADAR, and experience in RADAR tasking, command & control, collection, processing, and dissemination
  • Experience in Space Systems Ground Software, Space Development Programs, or Mission Operations programs
