Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through efficient processing of wash requests and vehicle preparation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively recommend services that align with customer needs.
  • Facility Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, including the building, wash tunnel, and surrounding areas.
  • Safety Standards: Maintain a secure environment for both team members and customers, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic team, rotating through various roles and following company policies and appearance standards.
