About the Role

Fivetran is a leading provider of cloud data integration solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for retaining and expanding our existing customer base, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored plans to increase customer adoption and usage of Fivetran's data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer success and growth.
  • Identify and address customer pain points, providing proactive support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Fivetran.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is highly desirable.
