Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Datadog. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition experiences for our customers.
- Run the full sales cycle for existing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities and bringing them to close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve loyalty and drive long-term value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they are leveraging our solution effectively and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage trends to uncover renewal risks and opportunities for increased adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and growth.
- Customer-minded with a passion for delivering exceptional value to customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in independently negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Experience in the SaaS/cloud industry, with a strong understanding of customer success and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and other industry-specific tools.
